Bill is a native of Maryland with deep roots in Anne Arundel County. He has a long history of serving as a consultant on political campaigns. More recently, Bill served as a field coordinator for Martin O'Malley's Mayoral campaign in 1999. He subsequently served as a member of the O'Malley transition committee. He actively supported the O'Malley Brown campaign in Anne Arundel County. Bill has long standing relationships with key decision makers at the State, County and Local level.
Bill is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. Prior to becoming a member of the Bar, Bill served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Lawrence H. Rushworth in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. Bill currently resides in Annapolis.
